Parcevo is an emerging real estate venture founded on a passion for identifying opportunities, creating long-term value, and developing communities that make a meaningful difference.

My name is Isaac Evans, and I study finance at the BYU Marriott School of Business. Through experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, and development, I have developed a passion for understanding how properties are acquired, financed, improved, and built.

I have assisted with closing more than $10 million in real estate transactions and contributed to underwriting, due diligence, and investment analysis across multiple property types.

I am particularly passionate about multifamily and affordable housing, where thoughtful investment and creative financing can help expand access to quality housing.

My long-term vision for Parcevo is to bring together real estate investments, development, and technology to identify opportunities and help create lasting value.
